“Loneliness stems from a deep desire.”

I have come to name my loneliness with the word ‘alien visitor”. In understanding loneliness as an alien, we see how it remains a mystery to us and one that we are not prone to easily welcome.

Loneliness stems from a deep desire that is rooted in our hearts, in the unseen world within. It reflects our nostalgia for “being” and there is no exterior thing can satisfy our need to know our “being”.

During our time together we will follow the direction through the musical octave, do, re, mi, fa. Do these words strike a chord in you?

These chords will help us get the sense of something of a larger world that we are meant to participate in.

Through a few short exercises and these three notes, we will awaken and begin an ascent of opening, understanding and a more intense knowing of who we are.
